Our working method
When you work for IFC, many matters will be settled by mutual agreement. We will take care of some of these matters, so you can focus on your new job.
Two of these matters are, for example, providing suitable accommodation near your workplace and means of transport to and from your work.
In addition, you will be supervised by your employer in order for you to highlight your qualities.
Do you have more to offer? If so, we will explore whether we can increase your chances on the labour market through training or education.
Support
You will receive support from our IFC job coaches. They can help you be the best you can be.
To achieve this, they hold regular progress meetings and consult with employers about the progress of the collaboration.
We also provide support on private matters. You can contact us regarding a visit to your GP or for a dentist appointment. In emergencies, we are available to our employees 24/7.
Training
In addition to guiding our employees, we believe it is important to stimulate their development. That is why we offer various training courses to support you throughout your development, and to increase your chances on the labour market.
Our training courses include:

- SOS-SCC
- FAFS Course
- Asbestos removal expert training
- Supervisor asbestos removal training
- Dutch Language Course
Housing
Since many of our employees come to the Netherlands from abroad, we provide accommodation for a large number of them. If possible, we house our employees close to their workplace. In addition, we do our very best to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
Transport
To make the journey to the workplace as safe and smooth as possible, we provide your means of transport if required. This could be a shared car for the employees at the same company or company bicycles. The right means of transport will always be at your disposal!
