Our employees come from Eastern Europe, Portugal and the Netherlands and are active in the production, technology, and logistics sectors. In order to provide the highest quality work, they are supported and supervised at our offices in Zwijndrecht, Zeewolde and Dongen. This enables us to respond promptly to questions, changes and current events.

Recruit and select:
After developing a thorough understanding of your requirements, our team will seek out the most appropriate employees for your job. We do so with our recruitment and selection team.
We recruit our employees mainly in Eastern Europe, Portugal and the Netherlands.
Secondment:
If you are looking for personnel for a long-term project, we can second employees. By means of an agreement between the employee, your company and IFC, an employee will be employed for a longer period of time, allowing these employees to become a stable partner within your company.
Temporary Employment:
We also look for employees for clients who are looking for temporary staff. This can be to temporarily cover the activities of a permanent employee, for an AD-HOC project or simply during busy working seasons.
Our employees are deployed quickly and easily by means of a flexible contract, which is terminated once the work is completed.
